HTML streaming settersLimited availability

The streamHTML(), streamReplaceWithHTML(), streamBeforeHTML(), streamPrependHTML(), streamAppendHTML() and streamAfterHTML() DOM methods, and unsafe equivalents, return writeable streams that incrementally insert HTML into an existing tree.

Not yet supported in all major browsers — check the table and provide a fallback.
